How do I determine my correct size in Charleston Shoe Co. styles?
Most of our shoes run true to size, but since many styles feature elastic straps, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page for specific fit recommendations.
Are your shoes machine washable?
Yes! Many of our elastic styles are machine washable. We recommend washing them on a cold, gentle cycle and allowing them to air dry. Please check the 'Care Instructions' section on the specific product page to ensure your pair is wash-friendly.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
