At Charleston Shoe Company, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise. Please ensure items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn shoes in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
